Улаанбаатар хотын музейн эрхэм зорилго

    Нийгмийн хөгжилд үр нөлөө үзүүлэх, олон нийтэд нээлттэй, байнгын үйл ажиллагаатай, хүнийг гэгээрүүлэх, оюуны хэрэгцээг нь хангах зорилгоор хүн түүний амьдрах орчинтой холбоотой бодит гэрч болох зүйлийг цуглуулах, хадгалах, судлан шинжлэх, дэлгэн үзүүлэх, сэргээн засварлах, сурталчлах үйл ажиллагаа явуулахад оршино.

    Улаанбаатар хотын музей байрлаж буй түүхэн дурсгалт байшингийн товч түүх

    ХХ зууны эхэн үед Их хүрээнд Оросын Буриад худалдаачид худалдаа, сууцын зориулалтаар олон байшин барьсан бөгөөд тэдгээрийн нэг нь 1918-1919 онд баригдсан Цогт Гармаевич Бадамжавын байшин юм.

    Тухайн үеийн Их хүрээний чамин тансаг байшингуудын нэг болж байсан тус байшинг Цогтбадамжав /монголчуудын нэрлэж заншсанаар/ өөрийн хувийн сууцын зориулалтаар барьжээ.

    Цогтбадамжав байшингаа хийц, загварын хувьд чамин өвөрмөц төрхтэйгөөр хийснээс гадна байшингынхаа орой дээр Оросын хаан ширээ унахыг бэлгэдэн гар гараасаа хөтлөлцөн алхах ардуудыг модоор сийлсэн ширээний дөрвөн хөлийг дээш харуулж байрлуулсан нь хувьсгалт дэвшилт үзэлтэй хүн байсныг нь илтгэдэг.

    Цогт Гармаевич Бадамжав нь 1899-1930 онд Монгол-Түвдийг судлах Козловийн экспедицийн орчуулагчаар ажиллахын зэрэгцээ Орос, Монголын хооронд худалдаа хийдэг Хиагт пүүс болон Хятад, Англи, Герман пүүсүүдэд брокероор ажиллаж байжээ. Ардын хувьсгал ялсны дараа Цогт Бадамжав нь Эд хэрэглэгчдийн хоршоо, тээврийн ubmuseumбайгууллагуудад ажиллаж байсны дээр Шүүх яамны зөвлөх байжээ. Гэвч 1931 онд баривчлагдан 1937 онд ЗХУ-д буудуулан хороогджээ. Эднийх долоон хүүхэдтэй айл байсан бөгөөд тэднээс Дэви, Осоржимаа хоёр нь эдүгээ Улаанбаатар хотод энх тунх амьдарч байна.

    Тэрээр хувьсгалт дэвшилтэт хүн байсан учраас Д.Сүхбаатар тэргүүтэй ардын журамт цэргүүд 1921 оны 7-р сарын 8-ны өдөр Нийслэл Хүрээг чөлөөлөх үед энэхүү байшингийнхаа нэгэн өрөөг жанжин Д.Сүхбаатарт хүлээлгэн өгсөн байна. Тус байшинд 1921 оны долдугаар сард Монгол Ардын Намын төв хороо, Ардын Түр Засгийн Газар, Бүх цэргийн штаб байрлаж, жанжин Д.Сүхбаатар ажиллаж байжээ. 1930-аад оны үед тус байшинд Зөвлөлт-Тува улсын элчин сайдын яам байрлаж байв.

    1944 онд МАХН-ын Төв хорооны 7-р тогтоолоор уг байшинд Д.Сүхбаатарын музей байгуулах шийдвэр гарч 1946 оны 3-р сарын 1-нд МАХН-ын 25 жилийн ойг тохиолдуулан Д.Сүхбаатарын музейг байгуулжээ. 1953 онд Д.Сүхбаатарын музейг Х.Чойбалсангийн музейтэй нэгтгэж Сүхбаатар-Чойбалсангийн ордон музей болгон нэгтгэхэд эндээс музейн бүх зүйлс тэр музейд шилжиж, энэ байшинд Хэвлэлийн төв газар оржээ.

    Тус байшингийн байрлаж байгаа газрыг түүхэн талаас нь авч үзвэл, Сэцэн хан аймгийн суурин жасааны дэнжийн баруун өмнөдөд байсан “Манж амбаны хороо”, Олноо өргөгдсөний үед Сангийн яамны байгууллагууд байрлаж эхэлсэнээс хойш “Сангийн яамны хороо” гэж нэрлэгдэж байсан эл хороонд XX зууны эхэн үед Цогтбадамжав, Юмтаровь нарын баячууд амьдардаг байжээ. 1960-аад оны үед Сүхбаатарын хорооны 5-р хорины нутаг дэвсгэрт, дараа нь Найрамдлын районы орон сууц гудамжны 16-р хорооны нутаг дэвсгэр тэр үеийн Лениний гудамжны 10 тоот хашаа байжээ. Өдгөө уг байшин нь Баянзүрх дүүргийн 15-р хорооны нутаг дэвсгэр, Энхтайвны өргөн чөлөөний 37 тоот байшин юм.

    Цогтбадамжавын байшинг Сайд нарын зөвлөлийн 1971 оны 420-р тогтоолоор “түүх, соёлын үл хөдлөх дурсгалт байшин” гэж үзээдулсын 2-р зэргийн хамгаалалтанд, “Түүх, соёлын дурсгалт зүйлийг хамгаалах тухай хуулийг хэрэгжүүлэх талаар авах зарим арга хэмжээний тухай” Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын 1994 оны 12-р сарын 28-ны өдрийн 233-р тогтоолоор “Хотын хамгаалалтанд байх түүх, соёлын дурсгал”-д, “Түүх, соёлын үл хөдлөх дурсгалын жагсаалт батлах тухай” Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын 2008 оны 5-р сарын 14-ний өдрийн 175-р тогтоолоор “Улсын хамгаалалтанд байх, түүх соёлын дурсгал”-д тус тус бүртгэн авсан байна.

    Улаанбаатар хотын музейн товч түүх

    Эх орны маань нэрийн хуудас, нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотын түүхэн замнал, хөгжил дэвшлийг нийслэлийн иргэд, зочид гийчдэд таниулах зорилгоор тус музейн анхны суурь 1956 онд “Улаанбаатар хотын түүхийн үзэсгэлэн” нэртэйгээр байгуулагджээ. Үзэсгэлэнг анх 1956 оны 7-р сарын 9-нд нээхэд Улаанбаатар хотын захиргааны дарга Ламжав үг хэлж тууз хайчилсан бөгөөд Намын Төв хорооны дарга Дамба оролцсон байна. Музей анх байгуулагдахад дарга Рагчаасүрэн, коминдат Даш гэсэн хоёр орон тоотойгоор ажиллаж эхэлжээ.

    МАХН-ын Төв хорооны Улс төрийн товчооны 1960 оны 4-р сарын 11-ний өдрийн 106-р тогтоолоор “Хотын түүхийн үзэсгэлэн”-г “Улаанбаатар хотын Түүх, Шинэчлэн байгуулалтын музей” болгон өргөтгөхөд түүхч Х.Пэрлээ, зураач Ү.Ядамсүрэн нар идэвхитэй оролцож, зураач Ү.Ядамсүрэн үзмэр зохион байгуулах эскизийг хийж, түүхч Х.Пэрлээ үзмэр дэглэлтийг зохион байгуулж хийсэн байна. 1961 оны 7-р сарын 9-нд тус музейг нээхэд музейн дарга Лувсанцэрэн, Улаанбаатар хотын захиргааны хариуцлагатай нарийн бичгийн дарга Донров, Сүхбаатар хорооны дарга, музейн ажилчид, хороодын иргэд оролцжээ. Музейг шинээр байгуулахтай холбогдож 1960 онд СнЗ-ийн тогтоолоор музейн орон тоо, цалинг нэмж тайлбарлагч 2, фото зурагчин 1, манаач 2-ийг нэмж батлан нийт 12.5 орон тоотойгоор ажиллуулсан байна.

    Тус музейн ажиллах хугацаанд “Улаанбаатар хотын түүхийн үзэсгэлэн”-ийн даргаар Рагчаасүрэн, 1960 оноос “Улаанбаатар хотын Түүх, Шинэчлэн байгуулалтын музей”-н даргаар Лувсанцэрэн, 1962 оноос Н.Дүрзээ, 1977 оноос Цагаач, 1987 оноос музейн захирлаар М.Мижидгомбо, 1992 оноос Б.Бизъяа, 2005 оноос Б.Болдбаатар, 2011 оноос Улаанбаатар хотын музейн захирлаар С.Цацралт ажиллаж байна.

    Улаанбаатар хотын музей нь Улаанбаатар хотын түүхэн хөгжлийн үечлэлээр нь Нүүдлийн Өргөө, Их хүрээний үе /1639-1778 он/, Их хүрээ хот /1778-1911 он/ , Нийслэл хүрээний үе /1911-1924 он/, Улаанбаатар хотын үе /1924-1990 он/, /1990 оноос хойш/ хэмээн хуваан үзэж, үзүүллэгийн гурван танхимаар үзмэрээ дэлгэн үзүүлдэг. Тус музей анх байгуулагдсан 1956 оноос хойш 1960, 1971, 1974, 1995, 2011 онуудад нийт 5 удаа үзүүллэгийн зохион байгуулалтыг шинэчилсэн.

    Өнөө музейн сан хөмрөг 3300 гаруй үзмэртэйгээс үзүүллэгийн танхимд нийт үзмэрийн гуравны нэг нь тавигдаж үзэгчдийн хүртээл болж байна. Музейн сан хөмрөг дэх үзмэрийн онцлох заримаас сонирхуулвал, нэрт зураач Манибадар 1946 онд зурсан “Нийслэл хүрээ” зураг, Төрийн соёрхолт, Гавъяат сийлбэрчин Д.Сэнгээгийн “Түүхт Улаанбаатар” зааны соёон сийлбэр, 1976-2000 он хүртэл Улаанбаатар хотыг хөгжүүлэх III ерөнхий төлөвлөгөө, Туул голын орчмоос олдсон 5 сая жилийн тэртээ амьдарч байсан Арслан зааны яс, XIX-ХХ зууны үед Их хүрээний урчууд урласан өвөрмөц хийц, загвар бүхий гэр ахуй, гоёл чимэглэлийн зүйлүүд мэтсийг энд дурдаж болно.

    Эдүгээ тус музей бүтэц, орон тоо, зохион байгуулалтын хувьд захирал, эрдэм шинжилгээний ажилтан, бүртгэл мэдээллийн санч-дотоод ажил хариуцсан мэргэжилтэн, сан хөмрөгч, тайлбарлагч, үйлчлэгч, ня-бо, дөрвөн жижүүр нийт 12 орон тоотойгоор ажиллаж байна.
